Due to seasonal availability and the nature of fresh flowers:

  • Certain flowers or products may vary slightly from images displayed on the website.
  • We reserve the right to substitute unavailable flowers or packaging with products of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or dispatched.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders where pricing, stock, or technical errors occur

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be processed accordingly.

Orders for same-day delivery may not be cancelled once preparation has commenced.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by:

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Restricted access locations

If re-delivery is required, additional delivery charges may apply.

Fresh flowers and certain products are perishable and require proper care.

We cannot guarantee product longevity due to environmental conditions, recipient care, or handling after delivery.

Customers must report issues relating to perishable products within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

  • Floral products are generally non-returnable.
  • Non-perishable items such as vases and gifts may qualify for return subject to our Returns Policy.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit are issued at our discretion after assessment of the claim.

Promotions and discount codes:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • May not be combined unless expressly stated
