Returns & Refund Policy

At Blooms & Gifts Etcetera, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements, gifts, and décor items. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and certain products, our returns policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with product care standards.

1. Perishable Products – Flowers & Floral Arrangements

Fresh flowers are perishable and time-sensitive products. For this reason:

  • Flowers, bouquets, floral boxes, and preserved arrangements cannot be returned once delivered.
  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • To process any claim, customers must provide:
    • Clear photographs of the product
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue

Where a claim is validated, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the arrangement
  • Provide store credit
  • Issue a partial or full refund

Please note:

  • Natural variations in flower colour, bloom size, and availability may occur due to seasonality and supplier availability.
  • Substitutions of equal or greater value may occasionally be necessary.

2. Non-Perishable Products – Vases, Pots & Gifts

Non-perishable items including vases, pots, candles, hampers, soft toys, and other gift items may be eligible for return if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Original packaging is included

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged items caused after delivery
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Sale or clearance items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within:

  • 24 hours for flowers and perishable products
  • 48 hours for non-perishable items

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure delivery information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Incorrect contact details provided by the customer

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
